of blocks and blogs..

one lazy mumbai afternoon, not too long ago, a bored young banker who'd turned up industriously at work on a sleepy saturday only to realize he had nothing to do, decided, amidst much brooding, nail-biting and fiddling with his winamp playlist, that it was fashionable to get oneself a blog. several playlists, wallpapers and coffee-mugs later, he had one made.. and spun around in his chair contentedly.. until he realized he had nothing to write on it. he tried staring at the dozen animated terminals spread in a row beside him. nothing. and then in a stroke of genius.. he realized he was expericiencing his very first proverbial writer's block. it made him feel rather dignified.. after all, you need to be a writer to experience a WB, dont you? and thus he sat contentedly, soaking in the moment.. for several moments.. and maybe someday, he'll get back to you..

@ mi:
well, as long as the writer keeps getting comments on a fortnight-old post, he can afford longer ;)
